A few simple rules governing the dwelling: Aircondition Turn off the air conditioner when you have open doors and windows. Also, turn off the air conditioner if you leave the house. Parties It is not allowed to have parties in the apartment or the building. Quiet times Quiet times are after 10 pm (22:00). Pets Pets are not allowed in this townhouse. Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. You can smoke outside on the balcony. Make sure that you drop your cigarettes in the ashtray. Smoking is not allowed in communal areas, such as by the pool, hallways, and roof terraces. No hanging out of clothes It is forbidden to hang laundry in public view. This includes hanging towels over balcony railings. Use the clothes dry rack for their cleaning. Rubbish & Rubbish Areas – “Basura” Garbage must be stowed in garbage bins, located on the left side outside the building. No garbage is allowed in the communal areas. Security Please close all gates, doors, and garage entrances and exits to maintain the area secure. Security affects us all. Storage of flammable materials is prohibited. Tourist registration The guest must fill in tourist registration forms so the owner can comply with local regulations to report every stay in the apartment.
