Dear guest. After the booking is completed, we will provide you with more information regarding check-in. We will also provide you with the general rules for the area and house. Some simple rules to follow: Aircondition Turn off the air conditioner when you have open doors and windows. Also, turn off the air conditioner if you leave the house. The air conditioning is very effective so you will quickly get cool temperatures inside. Parties It is not allowed to have parties in the apartment or the building. Quiet times Quiet times are after 10 pm (22:00). Pets Pets are not allowed in this apartment. Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. You can smoke outside on the balcony. Make sure that you drop your cigarettes in the ashtray. Smoking is not allowed in communal areas, such as by the pool, hallways, and roof terraces. Swimming pools The swimming pools are open from 09:00 to 20:00. It is obligatory to shower before entering the pool. All litter must be disposed of. No hanging out of clothes It is forbidden to hang laundry in public view. This includes hanging towels over balcony railings or walls. Use the clothes dry rack for this. Rubbish & Rubbish Areas – “Basura” Garbage must be stowed in garbage bins, located on the right side outside the building, by the playground. No garbage is allowed in the communal areas. Security Please close all gates, doors, and garage entrances and exits to maintain the area secure. Storage of flammable materials is prohibited. Tourist registration The guest must fill in tourist registration forms so the owner can comply with local regulations to report every stay in the apartment.
