By booking from this website you agree that your payment is non-refundable even if you have to cancel for unforeseen reasons. If we can get another guest in place in such an event, we will return the payment minus the card fees, and any loss we have had. We recommend that you have travel insurance that covers any unforeseen needs to cancel the stay, most credit cards have this. Practical info: - All doors must be closed and lights turned off. - Throw your garbage in trash containers in the bin outside. - Games, toys, and other amenities are sorted and cleaned at their original location. - Items from the closets like candles, napkins, and food should be replaced. - The cleaning person will do a cleaning of bathrooms, floors, and surfaces. The guests must wipe the surfaces in the kitchen and dining table so that there are no leftovers after their stay. - All of the kitchen items must be washed and cleaned, and put back in their correct place. - The guest must wash out of the refrigerator and oven.
